Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
We will provide letters for gender affirming surgeries following an assessment and recommendation of services for you to have a successful surgery. The assessment can be anywhere from 1-3 sessions and recommendations could range from ongoing therapy to education about the types of surgeries or making sure that you have the social supports in place for recovery.
Counseling can be beneficial via telehealth! It is accessible, convenient, and flexible. Let us know if you would like to be considered for telehealth services when you fill out our contact form.
