Groups for Spring 2026

We accept requests for group participation via our online service request form, located here: REGISTER FOR GROUP

We also accept referrals from other providers in your care and those can be faxed to us at 507-519-0444.

• You must be willing to commit to the full group cycle, which is between 6-8 weeks depending on the group. 
• You must have a mental health diagnosis to participate in group and we must have record of this on file. This can happen in a couple different ways: If you have a current mental health provider, they can send us your diagnostic assessment. If you do not have a current mental health provider, we can do a diagnostic assessment before starting group to ensure you meet this requirement.

All of our groups include psychotherapy, which is the requirement for it to be billable to your insurance. However, not all insurances will cover group psychotherapy, so it is important that you verify your benefits before attending group. You can call your insurance and find out if CPT code 90853 is covered.

Group therapy sessions are $35 per session and payment is due at the time of service.
