I work on concerns related to significant life transitions, trauma, chronic pain, mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem, neurodivergence, boundaries and relational concerns, gender dysphoria, gender and sexuality exploration and substance abuse. I value showing up authentically and recognize it is an integral part of the therapeutic alliance. In my free time I enjoy taking my two golden retrievers for long walks with my wife, reading, binge watching Netflix and eating pasta.
