I’m Jeni, founder of Pride Counseling Services and I’m a cisgender queer woman (she/her) who believes therapy should be loud, liberatory, and radically affirming. I specialize in mental health care for LGBTQ+ folks who are done shrinking themselves to fit systems that were never built for us.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work.

My approach is systemic and rooted in the belief that healing is rebellion. I support clients in reclaiming their truth and integrating their identities.

I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who uses yoga philosophy as a tool for disruption, healing, and embodied resistance.

I received my master’s degree in art therapy from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in hospitals, in-clinic, and outpatient settings. I support clients in a holistic approach, encompassing the entire individual with a practice including an elective approach, to meet the client where they are at. I also have a range of trauma interventions and encourage clients to utilize coping skills that can change their lives in a positive way.

I take great effort in guiding clients in discovering their strengths to modify their thinking and behaviors in order to live more satisfying and productive lives.

I am a jewelry designer, who enjoys the water and doing activities on a lake or ocean. I also like assisting others in their creative endeavors and talents.

As a cisgender queer male counselor, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice. I specialize in providing affirming mental health support to LGBTQIA+ adults, adolescents, and families navigating the unique challenges and joys of their identities.

My approach centers on creating a therapeutic environment where you can explore your authentic self without fear of judgment. Whether you're questioning your identity, working through relationship dynamics, navigating family acceptance, or facing the complexities of LGBTQ+ parenting, I'm here to support your journey.

I understand that finding the right therapist can feel daunting, especially when seeking someone who truly understands the LGBTQIA+ experience. I can offier a safe, confidential space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and celebrated. I work with individuals, couples, and families to foster healing, build resilience, and discover new paths forward.

Together, we'll explore the intersections of your identity, relationships, and life experiences in a space that honors your whole self. My goal is to help you not just cope, but thrive authentically in all areas of your life.

Hey, Hey! I’m Michele (she/her) and I am a cisgender, queer, AUDHD therapist who believes deeply in the power of connection, curiosity, and compassion in the healing process. I am passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, complex trauma, those living with personality disorders, survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, and individuals who have committed sexual harm. I approach this work with care, accountability, and a commitment to transformation.

My work is rooted in Relational Theory, Attachment Theory, and Schema Therapy, allowing us to explore how early experiences, relationships, and systems shape the ways we move through the world.

My therapeutic style is trauma-focused, relational, and grounded in social justice. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and Relational Theory to help clients identify, understand, and care for the parts of themselves that may need more attention, patience, or love.

In sessions, I bring warmth, humor, radical acceptance, and a steady belief in your capacity to heal, learn, and grow. I aim to create a space where you feel supported in building insight, resilience, and empowerment—at your own pace.

I believe our well-being is best supported when we honor both the beautiful and messy ways we are connected to ourselves and to others. Therapy, to me, is inherently political—it is resistance, it is radical, and should be a human right rather than a luxury.

I earned my Master of Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth and completed my undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at Edgewood College. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend watching documentaries, walking our pup, Marigold, and crafting. I also love tending to my many houseplants, bicycling, and dismantling systems of oppression, one awkward but necessary conversation at a time.

Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her). I am a cisgender, queer, autistic therapist. My goal is to foster a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their concerns, work through struggles and trauma, deepen their self-understanding, and celebrate their growth. As a therapist, I will challenge you—and I look forward to seeing you challenge yourself—to think, act, react, and respond in new and meaningful ways. It is truly an honor to walk alongside each person on their journey.

I work with concerns related to trauma, grief, relational challenges, gender and sexuality, substance use, and experiences of sexual or domestic violence. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and offering care that is affirming, collaborative, and responsive to individual needs.

I believe that every person is shaped by their unique personality and life experiences, which is why I do not rely on a single therapeutic approach. Instead, I draw from a range of modalities to best support each client, including relational theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and other evidence-based practices.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I also hold a Master of Criminal Justice degree from Boston University (2014) and completed my undergraduate studies in History and Social Welfare at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Outside of therapy, I am deeply committed to social justice advocacy and challenging systems that keep people stuck rather than supported and affirmed. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing trivia, running, spending time with my children and friends, and, of course, hanging out with my three cats.
