I bring a systemic, relational, harm-reduction, trauma informed, and somatic approach to every session. Whether working with individuals or relationships, I focus on the interconnectedness of clients’ experiences and identities and collaborate with folx to highlight and broaden their existing strengths.
I work on concerns related to significant life transitions, trauma, chronic pain, mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem, neurodivergence, boundaries and relational concerns, gender dysphoria, gender and sexuality exploration and substance abuse. I hope to cocreate a welcoming and affirming space where you also feel encouraged and empowered to bring your authentic self.
In my free time I enjoy taking my two golden retrievers for long walks with my wife, reading, binge watching Netflix and eating pasta.
