Clinicians and Staff

I am a cisgender queer female, and my pronouns are she/her.  I'm a clinical social worker specializing in mental health therapy for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer individuals. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a master's degree in social work. 

I take a systemic approach to therapy to help people conceptualize their concerns within the context of the social environment.  I work to empower clients to make change in their lives. My specialties include narrative therapy and somatic healing.

I also have obtained my 200-hr yoga teacher certification and incorporate yoga philosophy into my practice.

I am a cisgender multi-racial queer female, and my pronouns are she/her. I graduated with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. 

I bring a systemic, relational, harm-reduction, trauma informed, and somatic approach to every session. Whether working with individuals or relationships, I focus on the interconnectedness of clients’ experiences and identities and collaborate with folx to highlight and broaden their existing strengths. 

I work on concerns related to significant life transitions, trauma, chronic pain, mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem, neurodivergence, boundaries and relational concerns, gender dysphoria, gender and sexuality exploration and substance abuse. I value showing up authentically and recognize it is an integral part of the therapeutic alliance. I hope to cocreate a welcoming and affirming space where you also feel encouraged and empowered to bring your authentic self. 

In my free time I enjoy taking my two golden retrievers for long walks, reading, binge watching Netflix and eating pasta.  

I received my master’s degree in art therapy from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in hospitals, in-clinic, and outpatient settings. I support clients in a holistic approach, encompassing the entire individual with a practice including an elective approach, to meet the client where they are at. I also have a range of trauma interventions and encourage clients to utilize coping skills that can change their lives in a positive way. 

I take great effort in guiding clients in discovering their strengths to modify their thinking and behaviors in order to live more satisfying and productive lives.

I am a jewelry designer, who enjoys the water and doing activities on a lake or ocean. I also like assisting others in their creative endeavors and talents. 

I am a Native Queer Neurodivergent Fat person, and my pronouns are Ze/Zir. I graduated with my master's in social work from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

My approach to therapy is to recognize that we are all part of systems that have a variety of impacts on us, and that community is super important to healing. I want to help be there to support my clients no matter where they are in their process of healing and empowerment to change their lives the way they want to.  

I work with people around sexuality and gender explorations, grief, trauma, stress, depression, domestic violence, self-esteem, suicidality, anxiety, and fat liberation.  

In my free time I love to go to concerts (currently obsessed with Sleep Token and Bad Omens), playing board games and DND with friends and family, squishing my cat Mercury, and trying to learn how to play drums.

I am a cisgender queer male, and my pronouns are he/him. I’m a clinical counseling intern with a passion for supporting the mental health of LGBTQ+ individuals. 

I’m currently pursuing my graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling, bringing both professional training and personal insight to my work.

I am interested in working with LGBTQIA adults, adolescents, and families, particularly those navigating identity exploration, relationship challenges, and parenting concerns. My goal is to offer a safe, affirming space for healing, growth, and self-discovery for individuals, couples, and families alike.
