I take a systemic approach to therapy to help people conceptualize their concerns within the context of the social environment. I work to empower clients to make change in their lives. My specialties include narrative therapy and somatic healing.
I also have obtained my 200-hr yoga teacher certification and incorporate yoga philosophy into my practice.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. My clinical areas of interest include significant life transitions, trauma, chronic pain, mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem, neurodivergence, gender dysphoria, gender and sexuality exploration and substance abuse.
My goal with folks is to create a welcoming and affirming space where you can feel encouraged to be your authentic self. I take a somatic, systemic, harm reduction, person-centered, strengths-based and trauma informed approach to help people begin to feel more centered in their bodies and work towards the changes they would like to see in their lives.

I want to help be there to support my clients no matter where they are in their process of healing and empowerment to change their lives the way they want to.
I work with people around sexuality and gender explorations, grief, trauma, stress, depression, domestic violence, self-esteem, suicidality, anxiety, and fat liberation.
